With one motion of her arm and a "cha-ching" from her lips, Senate President Therese Murray has reignited the casino debate in Massachusetts. Speaking before the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce yesterday morning, Murray said the state needs to recoup some of the $900 million that studies suggest leaves the state every year to Rhode Island and Connecticut casinos.
