Two Washington men pleaded innocent May 24 to charges that they sold cocaine on the reservation. Rafael Sanchez, 38, of Wapato, Wash., and Theodore Strom, 36, of Toppenish, Wash., face charges for their part in the sale of more than 12 pounds of cocaine between 1998 and 2000. Sanchez and Strom are among five people suspected of being part of a drug ring in Browning. Authorities believe cocaine and marijuana dealers there were supplied by the Washington men. Sanchez and Strom were released on their own recognizance
