A San Carlos man has pleaded guilty to arson on his tribe's reservation and could face up to life in prison. Federal prosecutors said Monday that 20-year-old Marty Charles Randall entered his plea in U.S. District Court in Phoenix. Authorities say Randall was intoxicated and intentionally set fire to a home and a car on the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation on Oct. 30, 2009. They say Randall's father and sisters were inside the home at the time.
