AMERIND Risk, NAIHC to Partner for Annual Convention and Tradeshow

Scottsdale, AZ— AMERIND Risk and the National American Indian Housing Council (NAIHC) will host a combined event at the Talking Stick Resort on May 12-14, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our two Native American-strong organizations work to benefit Indian country. Derek Valdo, CEO, AMERIND Risk, said, “Our upcoming joint meeting is a great example of tribes working together to provide leadership, training and networking around our most valued to all of us, our people! We expect record attendance while saving valuable travel dollars for tribes!”

NAIHC's advanced training in the areas of housing, finance, veterans: housing and homelessness in Indian country, and leveraging Indian Housing Block Grant funds are designed to elevate and build capacity of Indian housing professionals no matter the program size.” Sami Jo Difuntorum, Chairwoman, of NAIHC said.

With more than 40 years of experience in capacity building and advocating for Indian housing, NAIHC will provide updates on legislative and policy issues, as well as training, covering the topics most relevant to running an effective housing program.
