A state judge reserved decision Wednesday on whether to allow the Cayuga Indian Nation to resume selling tax-free cigarettes at its two Upstate New York convenience stores.

Given the complexity of the case and the volume of the information presented by lawyers, State Supreme Court Justice Kenneth Fisher said he needed time to consider the case before issuing a decision next week.
