Cherokee Nation Enterprises will rebrand its Catoosa casino and resort as the Hard Rock Casino Tulsa with completion of its $155 million, 19-story expansion. That licensing agreement with Hard Rock Hotel Holdings LLC and HRHH IP LLC provides the Cherokees the best of both worlds, said Robert Dauffenbach, associate dean for research and graduate programs at the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business in Norman.
