Andrew Russell of Lame Deer always hoped that he would go on to play college basketball.
A snag was thrown into his plans when he discovered that he was going to be a dad.
"I had kids early, so I needed to start working," Russell said. "I did odds jobs, labor jobs, rough jobs, construction. I tried to get money wherever I could for my family. I was only 18 years old, and having a child, I thought it would be better to support my children. I told myself I would always go back."
