All advertising will be published under the following conditions:
The Publisher reserves the right to refuse, revise or cancel an advertisement at any time. The publisher assumes no financial liability for errors in an ad or for the omission of an entire ad or for a portion thereof. The publisher will, however, if at fault, reprint any portion of an ad which has had its value materially affected by an error. The advertiser assumes all liability for content of any advertisement he or she authorizes for publication.

In addition:

	Advertisers can request specific positioning for ads, which will be accommodated when possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
	Ads that are designed to imitate news material, as determined by the Managing Editor, will have the words "Paid Advertisement" set above the ad.
	Proof approved by the advertiser removes all responsibility from the publisher for errors in prices or copy.
	We reserve the right to assess a 2% per month finance charge on any past due accounts.
	Proofs are provided for error correction only. Excessive proof changes will be charged a $20 per hour design fee, with a $10 minimum.
